Golf Psychology Evening – Wednesday 7th March 2018

Golf Psychology Evening

The importance of being mentally prepared to play golf is becoming more and more prominent, with high profile  breakdowns on the course happening more and more.

On Wednesday 7th March at 7/7.30pm I will be hosting a presentation on Golf Psychology at betchworth Park GC, this will be covering tried and tested methods to help you think clearer, focus, relax and commit better to your golf shots.

We will look at what happens to us on the course, why we feel nervous, what to do in between shots and how we go about switching on our Golf Brains at the right time.

Arnold Palmer was quoted as saying ‘Golf is a game of inches, the most important 6 inches are the ones between your ears’.

This is a huge part of the game that is often over looked, give yourself a head start against your opponents and learn some techniques that can hugely improve and increase your enjoyment in the game. By getting a clearer understanding of what your are looking to achieve in your shot you can swing freer and easier and help unlock your best golf.

For everyone attending the evening you will get a FREE workbook which contains tasks and challenges for you to complete, to help you understand your game and how to get the most from your shots, also a memento to help remember the processes on course.

The cost of the evening is just £20, this also includes a complimentary drink (of your favourite tipple*) on arrival, workbook and on course item to remind you of the processes.
