In Pitching allow your weight to be on your left foot as this will help you to strike down into the ball and get a more consistent contact, during the swing try to maintain your arm length as much as possible as this will give you more consistency. From here then get all your distances the ball goes with different length swings

In your full swing make sure your weight stays forwards as this will help to give you a straighter backswing which is a touch more vertical, from here you can then swing through in to a full balanced finish and the club face and swingpath with both be more neutral.
